Ninja Kiss is a two-woman production team whose soul goal is to give local bands and/or musicians a venue for their talents through regular gigs and thematic productions, besides providing the music-loving Pinoy kick-ass entertainment and good, clean fun.

Each production night features four (4) to five (5) bands, with either Ninja Kiss mainstay groups Bagetsafonik and Olympic Smoker included in the line-up. Although regular prod nights usually see a mixture of bands from different genres, thematic prod nights (e.g. electronica, hip-hop, spoken word, funk/rock, indie pop) will feature bands that play relatively the same type of music.

A future project is freestyle/spoken word collaboration with an eclectic line-up of bands with different musical genres (jazz, electronica, hip-hop,funk). We think this is an amazing concept, and we hope to pursue it regularly in our productions.

The launch of Ninja Kiss on March 5 at SaGuijo bar will feature the
following talents: funk/rock group Olympic Smoker, pop-electronica act
Bagetsafonik, electronica artist Wolfmann and hip-hop/R&B groups Sun Valley Crew and ChiliTs.

Other talents Ninja Kiss will be working with for future productions are: Wunjo, Sound, Drip, Daydream Cycle, Caliph8, Pedicab, Radioactive Sago Project, Sino Sikat (formerly Third World Project), Enemy of the Enemy and other great local acts, whether they¹re big names or freshly formed bands.

Ninja Kiss mainstay groups:

Olympic Smoker is a band composed of five very distinct individuals, with his (and her) own diverse line-up of musical influences. They¹ve created, in effect, their own rock-based musical brew with a huge dash of funk, a bit of jazz, a pinch of pop and a lot of groove thrown in for added flavor and a lot of spunk.

Bagetsafonik take their groovy jolog sound from new wave, electronica,
ambient, rock, hiphop and dreampop influences. Formed just last year, the group already has ten original songs, which vary from trancelike to uptempo in rhythm and quality. The five ³Puberts² of Bagetsafonik hope we can all be friends, share revolutionary ideas, hopscotch sideways, drive in the back seat of our cars and constantly live in harmony in this world with Depak Chopra's mantra buzzing in our ears.
